About the McKay Scholarship

Florida’s Department of Education is committed to parental choice in schooling. To achieve this, it has created the McKay Scholarships for Students With Disabilities Program which allows parents to choose the best educational setting for their child, breaking down economic barriers. parents now can send their children to a more appropriate private school, which they otherwise would not have been able to afford.
